Team Kitty (Kitty Came Home) and Sarah Rothe Jewellery have joined forces to tackle WOMADelaide! You’ll find our joint-stall amidst the world musical hubbub and the leafy trees, 7-10th March from 11am until crazy-late at night.
WOMADelaide runs over four days in Botanic Park in inner-city Adelaide. The program features performances and workshops on seven stages by the world's best traditional and contemporary musicians, dancers and DJs, a KidZone activity area, street theatre and visual artists, the Taste the World cooking program, The Planet Talks environmental discussions program, The Electrolounge, Artists in Conversation and around 100 amazing food, retail and charity stalls.
The line up for the 2014 festival has been announced with Arrested Development (USA), Femi Kuti (Nigeria), Neko Case (USA) and Billy Bragg (UK) leading the line up thus far. WOMADelaide are also pleased to announce that Peter Garrett, former Midnight Oil frontman and environmental enthusiast will be one of the many prominent speakers taking part in The Planet Talks program along with British barrister, author and activist Polly Higgins.
