FAQ

What is your return policy?

We do accept returns under certain circumstances. For further information and the steps you need to take please visit Shipping and Returns

What if I need something repaired?

If for any reason you need to request a repair on an item purchased online or personally at a design market or event, please contact Sarah after first reading our return policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. Please visit our shipping guide for further information.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

We aim to post your purchase within 1-2 days of receiving your online order. Depending on which postage option you selected and where in the world we are sending your items will greatly determine the time this might take. Parcel Post, Express Post and International parcels (if tracking is purchased) include a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your item is posted. For further information, please visit our shipping guide.

How do I know what size ring I need?

Ring sizing can sometimes be a little tricky, especially if buying for someone else.

You can view and print Sarah's sizing guide, for an approximate measurement. Or you could purchase a low cost ring sizer via the online store which you can keep for future reference. Alternatively you could visit your local jeweller for a professional ring fitting.

Can you send my purchase as a gift directly to that person?

Every item bought online is gift boxed. Gift wrapping can be added as an extra in the shop, which includes a personalised gift message to the recipient. Make sure you add your message in the comments/notes section upon check out. All parcels are sent without payment details, this is sent to you via email when you make the initial purchase.

How do I clean and care for my jewellery?

Sarah Rothe Jewellery is made using a careful combination of different metals to create unique, beautiful and sometimes delicate wearable pieces. Although the material of choice is titanium, a mixture of sterling silver, niobium, brass and gold are also used. Like with all jewellery, care should always be taken to preserve the colour, shape and lustre of any piece. Certain Metals and materials may require a little cleaning or extra care to maintain it. Please look over the product care list for further information. If you have any questions please contact us

Should I use chemical dips to remove tarnish?

No. Although these dips remove tarnish at an accelerated rate, they are too strong and you may end up removing an important layer of the silver’s surface. When this happens, your silver will tarnish more quickly in the future.
