- We endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 business days. You will receive an email advising you when it has been sent. All items are sent without reciepts or payment details in case the item is sent directly as a gift. All information will be sent via the supplied email address.
Please ensure that all contact details you provide are correct in the event that there is a problem with your order. If you have provided incorrect shipping details and the parcel is returned to us, extra shipping costs may be incurred to re-send your order.
Most orders in Australia will arrive within 5 working days. International orders will vary depending on destination and customs regulations. Please allow 7-14 working days for your purchase to arrive. - Privacy & Security

- Returns & Replacements
- Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order upon arrival.
All goods are checked prior to packaging and dispatch. We accept returns if our office is notified within 24 hours from receipt of the goods. Goods MUST be returned within 7 days from notification, in the new and un-used condition it was sent to you in. We do not accept damaged goods. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
Please choose carefully, as unfortunately, we cannot refund an item if you do not like it. We do our best to provide a very detailed description of each product.
We may, at our discretion, exchange a product to the same value (excluding shipping costs).
If a sized product is purchased (ie rings and t-shirts) and it does not fit, we are happy to resize/replace the purchase with the same product in another size. Please notify us by email, and return the product in the new and un-used condition it was sent to you in, and include a self addressed pre-paid express post parcel for your new product to be returned in. Please note that return time may depend on stock levels.

- All payments can be made via PayPal through this website. When ready to input your credit or debit card information you will be directed to the PayPal website where you can be assured all payments will be made safely and securely. You do not have to have a PayPal account to access this facility.

- Care Information
- Titanium can become slightly discoloured from oily fingerprints. To clean simply run under warm soapy water and pat dry with a soft cloth. Although titanium is a strong metal, care should be taken like with any jewellery, not to be scratched or bent. Tarnished silver can be wiped clean with a polishing cloth.
